Lets do some math... Our 300+ lb pig gave us a hanging weight of 223lbs and after processing we got 197 lbs of meat for our freezer in various delicious cuts, vacuum packed in clear air tight plastic packaging. So for a hanging weight with this large of a pig, we would charge $858. ($3.85 X 223lbs)

Hence the reason its best to pay in 4 payments of $200 per month for 3 months. The remainder will be due upon delivery. ($258)
